We honor grievances as equally important as gratitude and we have extensive experience in navigating compassionate conflict. We are committed to respectful discourse and we welcome repair work, if you are open.

A note from Shanté

Founder of Search Party Productions

February 11th, 2025 was the 11th anniversary of quitting my corporate job to pursue entrepreneurship full time. Since then, I’ve shifted through working in fitness to self love, then went the spiritual direction in 2016. It's felt like every passing year has just gotten weirder and weirder...in the best possible way. Since 2014, I've been able to teach classes, hold ceremony, lead several retreats, hold 1:1 session space, and step into all of who I am more and more.

I am so incredibly grateful for the adventure this has been and none of it would have been anything without you showing up to play with me. What I do professionally is a deeply vulnerable part of me meeting you in your deeply vulnerable space.
